Initial Meeting: Our team learns and assesses the client's need with respect to the client's mission and goals of the project.
Proposal: Using information gathered from our initial meeting, our team provides a comprehensive proposal with clear expectations, time-line, and costs. The proposal serves a starting point of discussion and is finalized with a contract agreement.
Contract Agreement: In collaboration with the client, our team finalizes an agreement on how each party is to fulfill their obligations and build our relationship.
Implement, Monitor, & Control: Our team implements the agreement and periodically reviews and assesses the plan's progress internally and in conjunction with our client. If necessary, we change course to ensure the success of the project.
Conclude & Evaluate: We independently and jointly review our work and relationship for future development.
